Video Contest
BBSC is holding its own video contest. Many Bow Hunter's are now videoing their hunts and we believe our contest will provide an opportunity for hunters and cameramen to showcase their talents gaining them notoriety, sponsorship, and could lead to a position as a pro staff member and possibly a career in outdoor TV.
How it Works
The video will be graded on quality, both sound and video, originality, flow, personality, and success. Don't be afraid to submit a miss. You may share your ideas, inventions, hunting tactics, equipment, or whatever else you feel will help hunter's as long as it fits within the 15 minute time frame. Outfitters may promote promote their hunting operation, but keep in mind, this is a bowhunting/turkey video contest and your footage will probably be edited to 15 min. or less. NOTE: If you have the capability, you may edit your own footage to 15 min. or less. (Label and send the original in with it.)
You may have multiple submissions. If one or more is selected for prize money or to be included in the BBSC "Best of the Best" series, you will be required to send the original footage to BBSC where we will "capture" the footage and send it back to you.

Bowhunter of the Year Award
Bowhunters , Beards, and Spurs Club will award one member each year with the BOWHUNTER OF THE YEAR AWARD. This is our most prestigious award, because it is based on consistent performance in the field. The 10 members with the most entries, whether it is by video’s submitted into the video contest or gobbler’s registered in our record books. The quality or scores of the entries will be considered in the selection process.
The receipient of this award may join our pro-staff which will include all the benefits of being a BBSC pro staff member.
